Yonkers is served by two lines of Metro-North Railroad – on the west side is the Hudson line which is shared by Amtrak, and on the east side is the Harlem line. These two stations serve the Yonkers downtown Getty Square area via the Hudson Line.

Metro-North Railroad-Hudson Line: Metro North-Railroad offers express service between NY City’s Grand Central terminal and Yonkers station. Purchase the train tickets at the vending machines inside the station or the station ticket office. Taxis are available at the station. The travel time to and from Yonkers and to and from NYC is about 25 minutes.
